We offer mental health counseling on a weekly basis to individuals using a variety of holistic counseling best practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
We specialize in relationships, depression, anxiety, PTSD, BPD, life changes, gender identity, and LGBTQ+ and BIPOC issues.

Getting started is simple. Just select the Free Consultation button to see each of our counselors and their availability. From there you can select the time that works best for you and fill out two short documents to be ready for your consultation.
